DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT CARD INFORMATION:-

A deposit amount of EUR 950 will be held against your credit card for the duration of the rental. Your deposit is a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle. This will be released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Damage Waiver Liability section.
Credit card(s) must be valid for up to 6 months after the rental has ended.
NOT ACCEPTED: No other payment types will be accepted.
Virtual payment cards are not accepted.
A valid credit card in the first name and surname (no abbreviations) of the lead driver must be presented at the rental desk in order to pre-authorise/charge a deposit. Please be prepared to provide the PIN number of the credit card(s) presented as suppliers could require this to proceed with the rental contract.
In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card or the credit card is not in the lead driver's name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

Driver's age
22 to 99 years.
Young driver's age: 19 to 21 years. Charge 30 EUR per day. Includes 21% tax
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
The renter shall be entitled to use the rental vehicle exclusively in the territory of Lithuania; unless the Agreement states otherwise.
Cross border rentals are allowed without additional approval through FLIZZR into the following countries:
Latvia, Estonia - 20,00€ per day, max. 60,00€ per rental;
Poland – 40,00€ per day, max. 120,00€ per rental
Cross border rentals are allowed with additional approval through FLIZZR into the following countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, Germany and Vatican – 200,00€ per rental.
The territory of Ireland, United Kingdom - 250 EUR per rental
The approval by FLIZZR for the above listed cross border rentals has to be requested through: rent@flizzr.lt Cross border rentals to the area of CIS are strictly forbidden. If the vehicle is used outside the Agreement territory, FLIZZR shall be entitled to immediately terminate the Agreement without any sanctions on behalf of the Renter. Renter shall certify that it has been warned that terms and conditions of the Agreement regarding personal liability, insurance, technical assistance, damage prevention, and/or replacement vehicle shall not apply if the vehicle is used outside the territories specified in the Agreement and/or insurance policy. In such case an extra charge for vehicle insurance, technical assistance, damage prevention, and/or replacement vehicle will apply.
